In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, collecting feedback on our services, and promoting our membership plans. You will engage with clients, generate leads, and assist in converting them into sales as per our established protocols. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment and contribute to the growth of our clinics.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to patients to gather feedback on services.Inform patients about membership plans and explain their benefits.Identify interested and non-interested customers.Generate high-quality leads based on sales protocols.Sell membership plans to qualified leads.Schedule appointments for senior executives to conduct further sales pitches.Handle incoming calls, addressing client concerns with patience and professionalism.Maintain accurate records of all interactions (calls made and received).Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.Requirements:Graduation or equivalent qualification.Prior experience working as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare.Proficient in using computers and maintaining accurate records.Exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints.Ability to adapt communication style based on the situation.Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.Comfortable with working night shifts.Additional Information:If you are an experienced Tele Sales professional seeking to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
