As a fresher in this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with potential clients, assisting them with our innovative property solutions. You will be responsible for initiating conversations and driving sales without prior experience, empowered by world-class training and support.Qualifications and SkillsExcellent communication skills to clearly and effectively engage with clients and convey information (Mandatory skill).Proficiency in sales pitching to present and promote NoBroker's services persuasively to potential customers.Experience in cold calling to proactively reach out to prospects and generate interest in our offerings.A solid understanding of product knowledge to accurately answer client queries and provide comprehensive service details.Ability to cross-sell additional services thereby enhancing value for the client and increasing company revenue.Strong negotiation skills to help secure agreements and close deals that benefit both the client and An enthusiastic and self-motivated approach showing a keen willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Capacity to maintain comprehensive records of calls and sales for tracking and optimization of sales strategies.Roles and ResponsibilitiesReach out to potential and existing customers by phone to introduce NoBroker's services and generate interest.Engage customers with excellent communication skills to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.Utilize a deep knowledge of NoBroker's offerings to effectively respond to queries and share detailed product information.Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional services to existing clients enhancing the sales potential.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other pertinent data for continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with team members and participate in team meetings to understand feedback and drive improvements.Stay informed about market trends and competitors to strategically position NoBroker's services to potential clients.Salary 15k to 17k inhandInterested can call on
