Who You Are

- A seasoned business analyst with 4-6 years of experience in translating data insights into business strategy

- Expert in data analysis tools and methodologies, with a strong understanding of SQL and basic Python

- Skilled in interpreting machine learning outputs and applying them to business contexts

- Master of data visualization and presentation, able to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders

- Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen and a passion for problem-solving


What You'll Do

1. Lead the analysis of complex datasets to extract meaningful business insights

2. Collaborate with data scientists to interpret ML models and translate results into actionable business strategies

3. Design and implement intuitive dashboards and reports for executive-level decision-making

4. Manage a team of business analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making

5. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of data initiatives with business goals


Your Toolkit

- Advanced Excel and SQL skills

- Familiarity with Python for data analysis

- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Understanding of big data concepts and tools

- Strong project management and team leadership skills
