Deadlines are respected, quality is never compromised, and everyone is encouraged to do their best work without burning out.About the Role (Social Media Video Production Manager)We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Social Media Video Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative social media content for our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic link between clients and the internal creative team, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.This position requires a professional with hands-on experience in video editing and content production, exceptional communication abilities, and proven expertise in managing creative processes and client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal creative team.Attend client meetings to understand objectives, creative direction, and content expectations.Translate client requirements and feedback into clear, actionable briefs for editors and designers.Plan, assign, and manage daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.Monitor project progress and maintain high-quality output across all deliverables.Conduct thorough quality checks (QC) to ensure content aligns with client brand standards and creative vision.Collaborate with clients to conceptualize new ideas for social media videos, campaigns, and visuals.Guide and mentor the editing and design teams, promoting professional and creative growth.Ensure clarity of communication within the team regarding project objectives and feedback.Stay current with social media trends, formats, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and platform optimization.Requirements:2 to 3 years of experience in social media content production, creative project management, or video editing supervision.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and their respective content strategies.Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining creative excellence.Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience in real estate content creation.Previous experience managing a creative or production team.What We Offer:Opportunity to lead diverse, high-impact creative projects.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Competitive compensation structure based on experience and expertise.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
