Looking for an experienced executive with 2-3 years of experience Location: Mumbai Experience: 2–5 years Industry: Creative Agency / Brand Consulting About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilled Creative & Graphic Visualiser with a strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who’s both design-obsessed and tech-forward, able to convert brand ideas into compelling static and motion creatives across platforms. You must be a powerhouse with Adobe tools and have a working understanding of AI-based design workflows and video formatting. Key Responsibilities Translate creative briefs into high-impact brand visuals and content (both static and motion) Conceptualise visual directions across brand campaigns, digital ads, pitch decks, packaging and video thumbnails Develop visual assets for web, social media, print, influencer kits, presentations and experiential events Create engaging reels, motion graphics, short-form animations, and gifs using AI & motion design tools Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and strategy teams to bring brand stories to life Own projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision Experiment with AI-based image/video tools for advanced conceptual rendering and faster delivery Maintain consistency of visual identity across platforms and collaterals Stay updated on design trends, Gen Z aesthetics, and social formats Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate from a premier design institute (NID, NIFT, Srishti, MIT ID, Pearl, ISDI, etc.) 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, creative agency, branding, or marketing communications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Working knowledge of AI tools (e.G.
