Senior Corporate Legal SpecialistThe Senior Corporate Legal Specialist is a key professional responsible for overseeing end-to-end legal operations across multiple entities.Key Responsibilities:Entity ComplianceManage statutory and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Labour Laws, GST, and IT Act.Liaise with registered agents and advisors for Delaware franchise filings and state compliance.Maintain a master compliance calendar.Contract ManagementDraft, vet, and negotiate SaaS Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, Channel Partner Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Consulting Agreements.Support the Sales and Finance teams with customer contract reviews, renewals, and compliance with ASC 606 / GDPR / data-protection obligations.Maintain a contract repository, track renewals, and ensure timely renewals of customer and vendor contracts.Legal Coordination & AdvisoryWork with external counsel for litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy matters.Provide legal inputs to internal stakeholders on business decisions, pricing models, and new market entry.Governance & Internal PoliciesDraft, review, and update internal policies – Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Data Protection, Vendor Onboarding, and Employment policies.Maintain documentation trails and version control for all legal and policy documents.
