JobDescription :
The Client RelationshipExecutive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationshipswith our clients to ensure satisfaction retention and growth. Thisrole requires excellent communication skills a customercentricapproach and the ability to understand and meet client needseffectively.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Satisfactionand Relationship Management
  • Build and maintainstrong client relationships.
  • Serve as theprimary contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate internally foreffective solutions.
  • Ensure that companyprocesses are adhered to in your projects and that they aredelivered on time.

Account Management:

  • Oversee a portfolioof client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor accounts to meet company standards andobjectives.
  • Hold regular meetings to discussprogress gather feedback and identify improvements.

Account Nurturing:

  • Align businessapproaches with client objectives.
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities with existingclients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketingto crosssell and upsell services.
  • Leverageclient networks for reference and referrals.

Client Support :

  • Coordinate with the Development Team fortechnical and product support.
  • Assist clientsin using company products and services effectively.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accuraterecords of client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare regular account status and client feedbackreports.
  • Provide insights and recommendationsbased on client data and trends.

Experience :

  • Approximately 2 years in a Client RelationshipExecutive Account Manager or similar role in IT.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts andprojects.
  • Experience in client relationshipmanagement or business development.

Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Strong problemsolvingabilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to workindependently and in a team.
  • Strongorganizational skills.
