About the job (Job Responsibilities)
​Supports demand management in writing project charters and translation into detailed requirements – in line with the IPM project methodology
​Translates business requirements into solutions and/or solution directions in Microsoft Dynamics
​Defines, agrees and communicates the roadmap for the applications in scope
​Reviews impact assessment and solution directions for Minor CR’s as provided by application management.
​Develop technical specifications and design documents for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
​Lead and mentor development teams in the delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
​Executes Major CR’s and participates in multiple IM projects.
​Design, build and implement the solution
​Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IM teams to ensure successful project delivery.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience)
Master/Bachelor degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field of study
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. The candidate will also be responsible for developing technical specifications and design documents for customizations, configuration, integrations, and data migration.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect will lead and mentor development teams in the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions and provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will participate in project planning and estimation activities and collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
