About the Job

Nouryon is a technology leader in the chemical industry, and we're looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM specialist to join our team. As a key player in our D365 CRM platform, you'll be responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizing our system to improve business efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Monitor and resolve application-related tickets, ensuring our systems are up and running smoothly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Keep track of our application's overall performance and integrity of the production environment.
  • SLA Maintenance: Maintain our applications according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regional business needs.
  • Standby and Escalation: Be available for emergencies and serve as a first escalation point for 3rd-party vendors and users.
  • Documentation and CMDB: Ensure proper documentation of our application and keep the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) up to date.
  • Change Execution: Execute changes and enhancements, including problem analysis, solution preparation, and unit testing.
  • Training and Support: Analyze and support key-user training needs, create training materials, and frequently contact key users on open tickets.
  • Project Handover: Support project handover activities, including knowledge transfer to the Application Maintenance team.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) certification is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 core product functionalities, Power Platform, Common Data Service, and Common Data Model.
  • Experience with Azure, MS SQL, and Microsoft 365 Tools and Applications.
  • Good understanding of IT standards like ITIL, Cobit, and CMM.
