Job Title: Senior Dynamics CRM Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, and should possess a deep understanding of the product's technical architecture and the CRM industry as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements. Customize, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using plugins, workflows, web resources, actions, and other relevant technologies. Develop detailed design and technical specifications for CRM enhancements and integrations.
  • Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, custom connectors, and middleware technologies. Ensure seamless data flow and system integration using best practices and tools.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize entities, forms, views, and dashboards to tailor the CRM platform to business needs. Configure settings, business units, security roles, and permissions to support organizational structure.
  • Deployment and Maintenance: Manage the deployment of CRM solutions (Managed and Unmanaged) through various environments (development, testing, production). Perform CRM Installation and upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Identify, track, and resolve issues and bugs within the CRM platform. Provide expert-level support and training to users and stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Best Practices and Standards: Adhere to and promote industry standards, best practices, and internal coding guidelines. Stay current with new Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and emerging technologies.

Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. Technical Skills: Strong experience with Dynamics CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. Hands-on experience with version control systems such as TFS.
