They will be responsible for partnering with finance leadership to design and implement process improvements in areas such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.Finance & AccountingEnsure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while leveraging D365FO capabilities.Support evolving financial planning and analysis needs.Procurement & Supply ChainConfigure and optimize D365 Procurement & Sourcing modules to ensure cost-effective and compliant processes.Support supply chain visibility by aligning procurement with warehouse and fulfillment operations.Call Center & Customer ServiceDevelop processes that improve customer experience, retention, and responsiveness.Work with Customer Service/Call Center leaders to refine sales order processing, customer interactions, and case management workflows.Fulfillment & Warehouse OperationsPartner with Warehouse leadership to ensure accurate and efficient use of D365FO Warehouse Management (WMS).Enhance workflows for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and logistics execution.Responsibilities include finance and accounting, procurement and supply chain, call center and customer service, and fulfillment and warehouse operations.
