Job SummaryThe Process and Compliance Analyst sits at the intersection of process improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders.This role requires analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying control gaps, coordinating audits, and supporting implementation of compliance programs across departments. Key responsibilities include:Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement;Developing and implementing process improvements to ensure adherence to international standards;Coordinating audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations;Supporting the implementation of compliance programs across departments;Maintaining knowledge of industry standards and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Quality Management, or a related field;Master's degree or advanced training in compliance, quality, or process management is a plus;Certifications like Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green Belt, or Black Belt and ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or internal auditing certifications are highly preferred;Experience in compliance, process improvement, internal audit, or risk management roles, with a strong understanding of ISO standards, regulatory frameworks, and ISMS/QMS implementation.Prior experience working in regulated environments is an asset.
