Job Summary:

The Operations Manager – Sales and Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the sales and marketing activities at Ridhira Retreat. This role focuses on increasing revenues, enhancing the brand image, and driving the overall marketing strategy. The Operations Manager will lead a team to meet revenue targets, create compelling marketing campaigns, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy Development:

Create, implement, and oversee sales strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and retreat events.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Set and achieve sales targets in line with the retreat’s objectives.


Marketing Leadership:


Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.

Enhance brand visibility and reputation through creative promotional strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., events, operations) to ensure consistent brand messaging.


Team Management:


Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team.

Ensure team alignment with company goals, providing necessary training and support.

Monitor performance through KPIs and sales targets.


Customer Relationship Management:


Build and nurture relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and travel agencies.

Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Implement CRM strategies to optimize client retention and engagement.

Budgeting and Reporting:


Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.

Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.


Event Promotion:


Work with event planners to promote retreats, wellness events, and corporate offsites.

Create packages and special offers tailored to specific audiences.


Digital Marketing and Online Presence:


Oversee the management of the retreat’s website, ensuring it is updated and SEO optimized.

Lead digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, Google Ads, and social media advertising.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality or wellness industries.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Knowledge of wellness, retreats, and hospitality trends is a plus.
