Learn more at Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to join our team at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Jamnagar and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The Quality Manager will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing the highest standards of healthcare quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across our operations.Qualifications and SkillsDemonstrated expertise in quality assurance methodologies and frameworks, ensuring robust healthcare processes and patient safety (Mandatory skill).In-depth experience in achieving and maintaining NABH Accreditation, with a thorough understanding of standards and compliance requirements (Mandatory skill).Proven ability to plan, execute, and review clinical audits to monitor adherence to protocols and improve patient outcomes (Mandatory skill).Strong foundation in root cause analysis to identify sources of errors or non-conformities and to develop corrective solutions.Track record of driving process improvement initiatives that positively impact efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, including regulatory frameworks, hospital processes, and best practices in clinical environments.Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret metrics, produce quality reports, and support data-driven decisions for clinical excellence.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities to guide teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee the hospitals quality management system, ensuring alignment with national and international accreditation standards such as NABH.Lead, conduct, and evaluate clinical audits to assess compliance with established standards and identify opportunities for improvement.Facilitate root cause analysis for incidents, complaints, and adverse events, ensuring effective corrective and preventive action plans are implemented.Drive process improvement across clinical and non-clinical departments, fostering best practices and operational efficiency.Monitor data analytics related to patient safety, clinical outcomes, and compliance, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.Educate, train, and mentor staff on quality initiatives, accreditation protocols, and regulatory changes to support a culture of excellence.Collaborate with department heads to integrate quality management into daily operations and strategic planning.Prepare and present quality reports to hospital leadership, regulatory bodies, and accreditation agencies as required.
