Padcare works as CSR implementation partner pan India, which will give holistic working experience and professional growth. We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic CSR Associate to join our team.

We have been recognized by the central government, and have associated with various organizations like NASSCOM Foundation, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, United Nations Development Programme, Villgro Foundation, NITI- Aayog, Infosys Foundation, Dassault Systems etc. 


We currently serve more than 1000+ workplaces like Mahindra, Mercedes, Raymond, Taj Hotels, ICICI Lombard plus various CSR partners like Cummins India Foundation, USAID, SBI Foundation to name a few. We have our presence across 22 cities in India, including Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi etc. We are serving more than 5 lac women every month while processing more than 34 lacs pads and saving 240 MT of CO2 eq.


Roles and Responsibilities: 


Project Assistance & Coordination:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing CSR projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project implementation.


Research & Data Analysis:


  • Conduct research on social issues, CSR trends, and industry best practices to support project development.
  • Analyze project impact data to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and case studies showcasing the impact of CSR programs.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with partner organizations, NGOs, and community groups to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Support in organizing stakeholder meetings, site visits, and community engagement events.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project objectives.


Documentation & Reporting:

  • Assist in drafting project proposals, progress reports, and final impact reports for clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned.


Awareness & Advocacy:

  • Assist in the development of communication materials such as newsletters, social media updates, and blogs to raise awareness of CSR initiatives.
  • Help promote CSR activities both within the company and externally, highlighting the societal impact.


Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and supporting team members in day-to-day tasks.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and organizing events related to CSR projects.


Role Requirements/Specifications: 

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Freshers or Final year students can apply.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in excel, canva, ppt and help desk tools shall be an added advantage
