Key Responsibilities:

As a Design and Development Engineer, you will:

  1. CAD Modeling & Drawings
  • Create precise 3D CAD models, detailed part and assembly drawings, and comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) to support manufacturing, testing, and assembly processes.
  1. Product Development
  • Lead the full lifecycle of product development, including design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and implementation.
  1. Analysis & Optimization
  • Analyze and test existing products to identify opportunities for improvement in performance, cost, and sustainability.
  1. Prototyping & Research
  • Develop and build functional prototypes, perform rigorous testing, and integrate user feedback into design iterations.
  1. Project Management
  • Plan and execute projects by creating budgets, timelines, and workflows to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality outputs.
  1. Collaboration & Innovation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers, to brainstorm and implement creative solutions.
  1. Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure all designs meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Research market trends and competitor products to propose innovative enhancements and stay ahead in the industry.


Role Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven individual who possesses:

  1. Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and machine design with a solid understanding of engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks is essential; knowledge of other CAD tools will be an added advantage.
  1. Manufacturing Knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, welding, and sheet metal fabrication.
  1. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to identify design challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
  1. Project Management Skills
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  1. Creative Thinking
  • Capability to think outside the box, propose novel ideas, and contribute to the company’s vision of sustainability.
  1. Collaborative Mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively across disciplines.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development, with expertise in 3D CAD modeling, product lifecycle development, and manufacturing processes like turning, milling, and welding.
