Responsibilities Conduct discovery sessions to gather information about existing infrastructure, applications, and workflows.Solution Design & Architecture: Develop and present on-premises infrastructure solutions, including networking, security, endpoint protection, servers, and storage.Prepare detailed technical proposals, bill of materials (BoM), solution architecture diagrams, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.Provide the Effort estimate, SOW for the ImplementationCollaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.Design architecture diagrams and technical proposals outlining the solutions.Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of proposed solutions.Clearly articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of the recommended offerings.Address technical inquiries and concerns raised by customers during presentations and meetings.Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase key capabilities.Execution of proof of concept (PoC) projects to validate the feasibility and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management to ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the market.
