**Job Title**: Presales & Digital Marketing Executive
**Location**: Porur, Chennai
**Industry**: Interior Design / Architecture
**Experience**: 0 - 3 years (Freshers with relevant skills can apply)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Presales**:

- Handle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for design consultations.
- Maintain CRM or lead trackers to ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with sales/design teams for smooth client handover.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic + paid).
- Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create basic creatives/posts using Canva or similar tools.
- Handle SEO and SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) - knowledge is a plus.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Coordinate with external digital partners if required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Any graduate (Marketing, Design, or Business background preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms.
- Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Creative mindset with an interest in interiors & design trends.
