About NAF & Position Summary:New American Funding (NAF) is a mortgage lender offering an array of loan options. Established in 2003 and headquartered in Tustin, CA, United States.Responsibilities / Desired Network skills:Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP. Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security. Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting Working experience with 802.1x, Radius, TACACS+, firewalls, security policies, access lists. Expert level knowledge in Load balancing solutions. Expert level knowledge of analyzing packet captures Protocol analysis (wire shark/Chrome Dev tools). Experience working with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS or GCP or Azure). Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.Arranging scheduled upgrades. Investigating faults in the network. Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases. Reporting network status to key stakeholders.Key Competencies:Strong leadership experience in delivering large scale network solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong team player who enjoys a mix of autonomy and collaboration-based delivery. Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects. Ability to influence, lead, and drive consensus on multiple technical views. Self-motivated, directed, and passionate. Ability to learn very quickly in a fast-paced environment. Desired skills:Windows OS platform, Windows Server 2019R2 onwards (Win 2K8R2 to 2022)AWS Infra, Azure platformNetworking, LAN, WAN, hardware firewall, corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environmentWindows Active DirectoryDHCP / DNS / WINS /IIS/ VPN / SQL /FTPCentralized Antivirus knowledge.Knowledge of local and remote computer system diagnostic tools.Knowledge of G Suite, office 365 like Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, security permissions.Expertise in VM Ware/VirtualizationShould be a very good team player, collaborative, self-learner, and self-motivated.A good understanding of English and good communication skills is a must.Should have customer handling skills.Support administrative tasks as and when required.
