Cloud Infrastructure SpecialistThis is a key role in ensuring high availability and performance of client websites.Main Responsibilities:Uptime, speed, and performance monitoring across client websitesPerforming malware checks, patching, and security hardening to prevent downtimeResponding to alerts quickly to prevent service interruptionsManaging CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps with Jenkins for efficient deploymentsBuilding and deploying Dockerized applications for enhanced scalabilityManaging Git repositories, branching strategies, and release workflows to ensure smooth releasesEnd-to-end ownership of staging and production environments, including setup, configuration, isolation, deployment practices, rollbacks, hotfixes, and release coordination to ensure reliable testingManaging Azure infrastructure, including DNS, storage, firewalls, and cPanel hosting for secure and efficient operationsSetting up and maintaining SMTP, email routing, and transactional email systems for seamless communicationHandling email domain setup, user provisioning, MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC configurations for secure email deliveryAutomating repetitive tasks using Bash or PowerShell for increased productivityMonitoring performance using New Relic and alerting teams for proactive issue resolutionCoordinating with development and project management teams for structured, safe releasesOptimizing cloud costs, budgeting, and monitoring to ensure cost-effectivenessInvestigating production incidents using logs, metrics, and root-cause analysis to improve overall system reliabilityKey Qualifications:Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Git, and Bash/PowershellExperience with cloud infrastructure, DNS, storage, firewalls, and cPanel hostingStrong understanding of security hardening, malware checks, and patchingAbility to respond to alerts quickly and resolve issues proactivelyExcellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teamsBenefits:This role offers opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
