Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the strategic direction of our product, drive banking integrations, ensure regulatory compliance, and be the voice of the customer.
The role involves leading product development, driving innovation, overseeing marketing strategies, and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the company’s mission to scale and serve 1 million employees in the next year.
Banking & Integrations: Lead banking partnerships and ensure successful integrations with financial institutions, leveraging Open Banking, lending, and other fintech infrastructure.
Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with RBI regulations and other legal requirements, ensuring that our product offerings meet the highest standards for financial security and integrity.
Customer-Centric Leadership: Be the voice of the customer, using insights to enhance product features and create a frictionless user experience for both businesses and employees.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales) to deliver impactful, scalable fintech solutions while driving collaboration across the organization.
Innovation & Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of fintech innovation.
Key Qualifications:
Fintech Expertise: 10+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or related sectors, with a deep understanding of Open Banking, lending, NBFC operations, and banking compliance.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in senior product roles, ideally as a CPO or equivalent in a fintech startup or financial institution.
Regulatory Knowledge: Extensive experience navigating RBI regulations and other compliance frameworks within the Indian financial sector.
Customer Focused: A strong customer advocate with a passion for improving financial services for blue-collar workers and their employers.
Collaborative & Strategic Thinker: Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
