Key Responsibilities
Responsible for driving spends and activity on the retail credit card portfolio that meets the overall credit cards business objectives of Axis Bank Develop and initiate portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings, ANR and revenue across all card products Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the Retail Credit Card Portfolio to identify profitable products and segments Identify untapped growth segments and develop targeted offerings to increase level of engagement across all Card products Conduct regular competitor analysis, identify and implement new products and services to drive interest and fee revenuesQualifications:

Graduate / Post graduate from recognized university with 2-3 yrs of relevant work expRole Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends Good understanding of Credit Cards, Unsecured and Secured Asset product and understanding on Liabilities side of banking Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language Ability to manage complex client situations Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
