Job Title:Culinary Business Development ExecutiveJob Overview:A dynamic and ambitious Culinary Business Development Executive is required to spearhead the growth of our culinary offerings. This role involves creating menus, accompanying field sales teams, driving specialty range sales, and building capabilities in regional teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop new menu offerings using our product range on a regular basis.2. Collaborate with field sales teams to secure high-volume customers such as hotels, pubs, fine-dine restaurants, cinema chains, and amusement parks.3. Support team efforts in driving sales of specialty products.4. Provide on-job training and kitchen training workshops to build capabilities in regional teams.5. Address customer complaints by understanding pain points and escalating them to R&D for resolution.6. Assist R&D in evaluating new product developments (NPDs) during user trials and providing feedback to ensure successful launches.7. Foster strong relationships with top customers and leverage these connections to acquire new customers.8. Conduct live demonstrations during chef/caterer/key customer meets to create awareness and engage potential customers.Requirements:This role demands a skilled and results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
