This includes filtering and managing sales, support, and campaign inboxes daily, updating account information for wholesalers and localizers, and supporting and coordinating crowdfunding campaigns.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud & Adobe Acrobat Sign, Inventory management tools (SKU Vault), ShipStation, and Crowdfunding tools (Kickstarter, Gamefound).Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or campaign operations roles.Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.Benefits:This is a full-time remote position that offers excellent growth opportunities.
