Transportation Management Specialist Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Transportation Management Specialist to lead full lifecycle OTM implementations and work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects, delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop tailored OTM solutions that meet client needs.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Perform OTM Cloud configurations, integrate with external systems, and ensure seamless data exchange.Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance.Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities, driving digital transformation for clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment to deliver high-quality solutions on time.Develop comprehensive documentation, functional specs, and process flows for successful implementations.Required Skills and Qualifications:8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), with strong hands-on expertise in OTM Cloud and exposure to both functional and technical areas.Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures, as well as knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent communication and client interaction skills.Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration is mandatory for senior roles; a plus for mid-level candidates.Benefits and Perks:(Note: This section will be left out to keep the output size under 7000 tokens.)Additional Information:OTM certifications are a plus.Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain domain can be beneficial.API/Integration understanding, specifically SOAP/REST, can be advantageous.
