Job OverviewThe tourism professional will oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring effective marketing activities while maintaining accurate records.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage tourism operations, administration, and coordination activities, maintaining cost control on regular expenses.Support regional teams with operational, administrative, and coordination work.Manage and coordinate administrative activities, including liaison with vendors and stakeholders.Implement contracts negotiated with service providers and clients.Procure stationery, food, corporate gifts, etc. as required by business units or management.Maintain vendor bill records to ensure timely payments after seeking approvals, process bills to accounts for payment, and maintain receipts of invoices. File claims and recover due amounts.Handle petty cash by preparing vouchers and making reports for cellular services, entertainment facilities, and other vendor payments.Coordinate with employees, housekeepers, and vendors for procurement, repair, and maintenance of day-to-day office facilities.Support tourism accounts across regions with daily operations and back-end support.Monitor and track operational activities across regions.Provide reporting on activities as required by the business.Act as primary contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships through effective communication.Document and share client interactions for team accessibility.Monitor regional operations and report activities as necessary.Compile financial data, prepare reports, and assess client account health.
