Project Manager RoleJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple small-to-medium projects simultaneously.Manage project timelines, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.Collect and organize all project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Manage multiple building-level projects concurrently.Information Gathering: Collect and document project information, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.Utility Data Collection: Coordinate the collection of consumption data across various utilities.Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Client Communication: Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Research & Solution Development: Investigate opportunities for improved utility data collection, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.Prioritisation & Organisation: Maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, prioritise tasks efficiently, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English (other European languages are a plus).Contract Details:This is a remote position.Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time.
