About Our TeamWe are a pioneering genomics and bioinformatics company, combining deep expertise in data science with hands-on laboratory experience to deliver integrated solutions across research, diagnostics, and precision medicine.The PositionThis role will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients across diagnostics, pharma, biotech, and life sciences. The person drives targeted outreach through email, phone calls, and conferences, manages CRM pipelines, and tracks conversion metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through email, phone calls, and conference networking to generate qualified leads for our informatics servicesIdentify and profile potential clients across diagnostics, pharma, biotech, and life science technology sectorsResearch target accounts to map key decision-makers, ongoing programs, and partnership opportunities in bioinformatics, multi-omics, data curation, and clinical genomicsMaintain and update prospect databases (e.g., CRM) with accurate lead details, contact intelligence, and engagement historyTrack and analyze engagement metrics, follow-ups, and conversion rates to ensure healthy pipeline progressionSupport pre- and post-event outreach for major conferences — identifying key attendees, scheduling meetings, and maintaining follow-up logsCollaborate with marketing and BD teams to refine outreach materials such as intro decks, capability summaries, email templates, and case studiesGenerate weekly and monthly performance reports summarizing lead-gen activity, progress, challenges, and insightsWork closely with BD, technical, and delivery teams to stay aligned with evolving offerings and client needsQualifications & SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field1-2 years of experience in business development, market research, or client management (life sciences or technology domain preferred)Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite, Zoho/CRM, or equivalent toolsHigh attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentWe OfferAn innovative and open culture in a multicultural environmentAn opportunity to make a fundamental impact on human healthVibrant multidisciplinary scientific interaction and learning opportunityA collaborative and solution-oriented environment where you can make a differenceA competitive salary and generous benefits
