S/he prepares and executes media campaign and other deliverables.This position will have responsibility to manage day-to-day planning, analysis, execution while maintaining strong relationships with media vendors, clients and partner agencies. The responsibilities are many, various, and not limited to those written in this document. These responsibilities must be directed continuously toward maintaining exceptional service to the client and providing timely deliverables, i.e., Performance Campaign, Media Plans, Point-of-Views (POVs), and related media analysesJob Responsibilities includesLead strategically the book of business consisting of multiple clientsStrategic bidding & budget management oversightCampaign enhancement and optimizationEvaluate best practices implemented in Search, mobile or display by the teams on the various accounts and provide training to the juniors on the sameProvide strategy & review the Digital Performance with Media team at a monthly, Quarterly and Yearly levelIdentify opportunities for cross/Up –sell across their set of clients and help business teams in converting themAssist with new business pitchesManage the P&L, receivables, contract status for the set of clientsForecast market needs, planning product launches and campaignsReviewing the new technologies and keep updated on developments in Digital marketingStudy competition and recommend /implement changes to gain edge above competitionAn expert in running Online Marketing campaigns, specializing in Pay Per Click (PPC), Product Marketing, Display Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic & MobileSPOC for client queries & escalationsCompetencies:Strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approachesStrong project management leadership skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlinesIdentify, develop and implement processes improvements- wherever necessaryStrong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations.Strong understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirementsAbility to prioritize and multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressureStrong communication, project management and time management skillsLoyalty & Stability; Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skillsCritical thinker who can present complex concepts, media recommendations and data results in a clear and effective mannerWorking knowledge on Excel , PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills
