Ad Operations SpecialistWe're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the execution and delivery of advertising campaigns across our rapidly growing podcast network.This role involves setting up new advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting, pacing, and scheduling parameters, and coordinating with podcasters to deliver high-quality results.Campaign optimization is crucial in this position. You'll review campaign performance regularly, suggest optimizations to improve delivery, pacing, and impression fulfillment, and work with the sales team to recommend fire-sale inventory when applicable.Maintaining accurate records of available ad placements and fill rates is essential in this role. You'll also assist in updating internal catalogs and documentation each month.Preparation of detailed post-campaign reports is a key responsibility.
