Talasha has been mandated to hire an NBFC Operations Associate for an impact-focused, RBI registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) (Non deposit accepting) based in Bangalore. It extends loans (debt) to enterprises across India that strive to have positive social, financial and/or environmental impact
Responsibilities -
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Documentation and handling of confidential files.
- Ensuring precedent conditions are compiled prior to the loan disbursement or limit release
- Post Disbursement monitoring, tracking of deferrals for documents, resolving deficiencies & pendency in the documents & perfecting documents in consultation with legal team.
- Tracking & updating of Covenants (Financial & other)
- Custodian of loan and security documents/ archived records.
- Ensure that all statutory filings (including creation, modifications and satisfaction of charge) are filed on time
- Ensure RBI compliances with respect to CERSAI, CIC and NESL and applicable returns, forms
- Monitoring the receipt of NOC, Pari Passu Letters, Exchange of Credit Information, Stock and Book Debt Statements, Stock inspection/audit report, Insurance etc
Good to Have
- At least 4 years experience in NBFC / Banking operations
- Proficiency in excel, data management & documentation handling
- Bangalore based
Location - Residency Road, Bangalore
CTC - Rs. 8 - 12 Lakhs (Basis last drawn)
