Job Overview

At Green Portfolio, our goal is to reach 5 crore people every month through a strategic, organic branding approach. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to collaborate with our team in developing and executing content and marketing strategies to help us achieve this target.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across the entire brand.
  • Generate impactful and meaningful content on all social media platforms. It encompasses areas such as writing and editing social media posts, growing customer engagement, and supporting social media campaigns
  • Content management across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
  • Execute and oversee social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Set definite objectives and report on social media Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Develops social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directs promotional support.
  • Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and multiple stakeholders such as brand teams.
  • Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice community management.
  • Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, web traffic of social media campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience: At least 2 years in social media management, preferably in the finance domain.
  • Strong communication skills: You can articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Attention to detail: You notice the small things and ensure content is polished and error-free.
  • Creative thinker: A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content.
  • Data-driven mindset: You can analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and an ability to draw insights from data to optimize performance.
