About the role:
As a Finance Operations Intern at Green Portfolio, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) team. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the onboarding process of new PMS clients by collecting necessary documents and information, as well as maintaining client accounts and updating records with relevant transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the onboarding of new PMS clients, including the collection of required documents and information.
2. Maintain client accounts and update records with relevant information and transactions.
3. Generate and distribute periodic reports to clients and internal stakeholders as per predefined schedules.
4. Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and compliance, to resolve client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
5. Communicate with clients via email, phone, or other channels to provide assistance, address queries, and gather necessary information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in the financial services industry or portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management services and investment products.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
