We are looking for a Back Office professional experienced in handling IPO-related process work to join our team.Key Responsibilities:• End-to-end handling of IPO process activities• Application verification and reconciliation• Coordination with, banks, and depositories• Managing allotment and refund process• Preparing MIS reports and maintaining transaction recordsDesired Profile:• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in back-office / operations work related to IPOs, RTA, or capital market processes• Good understanding of ASBA, allotment, and depository operations• Proficient in Excel and documentation• Attention to detail and accuracy in process executionLocation: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-timeIf you have hands-on experience in IPO operations and are looking for a stable, process-driven role — we'd love to connect
