Job Title: Data Management ProfessionalKMK Consulting, Inc. is a fast-growing company with passionate individuals working in a dynamic and friendly environment.As a data management professional, you will be responsible for implementing the Data Warehouse solution within our internal system.You will design database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over the long term by understanding business processes and leveraging data design expertise.Key Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and Master Data Management (MDM), leveraging data from across various internal applications and data vendors.Contributing to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.Developing and deploying processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.Utilizing experience with standard analytical, reporting, and programming languages and their application, as well as data architecture, integration/engineering, and business intelligence deployed in a complex environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Professional work experience in Master Data Management, hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.Awareness of MDM trends, concepts, and other technologies in the market.Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support the requirements.High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.Benefits and Perks:Opportunity to work with global customers.Challenging, transparent, and supportive work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits.Business casual dress policy.Overview:Partnering with the Onsite Data Management Leadership team and helping them to implement the Data Warehouse solution within our internal system.This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data management.
