Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Stitching Unit Supervisor to oversee and manage our stitching operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the textile industry and a proven ability to manage a team of 50+ workers. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a background in textile manufacturing are essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates from Rajasthan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the stitching unit, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
  • Manage and coordinate a team of 50+ stitching operators, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of production schedules and resolve any workflow-related issues.
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout the stitching process.
  • Monitor and report on production efficiency, downtime, and resource utilization.
  • Train and motivate team members to enhance productivity and skill development.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including cutting, finishing, and quality assurance teams, to streamline production processes.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
  • Address and resolve any worker-related concerns to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Generate reports on production metrics and submit them to management regularly.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the textile or garment manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in supervising 50+ team members.
  • Strong understanding of stitching processes, machinery, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Basic computer skills to generate reports and monitor production data.
  • Preference for candidates from Rajasthan.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor workers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and labor management best practices.
