Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager with strong analytical and client management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams - ensuring projects run smoothly, client expectations are met, and opportunities for growth are identified. You’ll be responsible for staying on top of follow-ups (FU) with your assigned accounts, maintaining consistent communication, and supporting clients with insights and analysis to drive business outcomes. About us CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 650+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. Stay on top of follow-ups (FU) for all current accounts — ensuring timely responses and issue resolution. Schedule and conduct daily client meetings / check-ins , maintaining strong and transparent communication. Track, analyze, and report on account performance, key metrics, and project progress. Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, tech, and design) to ensure client objectives are met on time. Identify opportunities for account growth and up-selling / cross-selling CodeVyasa’s services. Maintain detailed documentation of communications, deliverables, and feedback. Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing trends and providing actionable insights. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Analysis (preferably in IT / tech services). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshworks) and MS Office / Google Workspace. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
