Job Title: Data Analyst and Business Intelligence SpecialistRole Overview:We are seeking a professional to lead the development of predictive models for demand planning and forecasting across multiple regions.Develop and refine ML data models for demand planning and forecasting globally, ensuring accuracy and consistency in approach within 2 main platforms used today (SAP IBP and o9).Analyze and capture multi-regional business needs to design scalable forecasting solutions.Provide data-driven insights to enhance forecast accuracy, minimize bias, and optimize inventory planning as well as drive adoption and process maturity.Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with effective communication skills to deliver excellence in quality of models working in cross-functional global teams. They must be able to work with regional teams to standardize forecasting, promote best practices, and support automation and touchless opportunities in demand planning processes using data science and analytics techniques.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Strong background in demand planning, forecasting, and statistical modeling.Working knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms.Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.This role offers opportunities for career growth, skill enhancement, and collaboration with a dynamic team.
