Job Title: Supply Chain CoordinatorThis role plays a pivotal part in the Global Customer Satisfaction process, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials for production across all plants in India and specific locations outside the country.The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning requirements of raw and packing materials, implementing digital solutions for RM scheduling and MRP functions, and monitoring consumption patterns to minimize detention and demurrage.Creating efficient production schedules based on demand forecasts and available resources.Assessing material requirements based on monthly rolling plans and ensuring timely availability of raw materials.Developing distribution plans for inventory movement to warehouses and allocating inventory to customer orders.Effecting cost reductions through value engineering and cost benefits analysis.Monitoring consumption patterns of raw materials and taking appropriate actions.Determining optimal inventory levels for raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress.Ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, production, and procurement departments for effective supply chain operations.Resolving customer service deficiencies and tracking key performance metrics.Digitizing processes and implementing digital solutions.Key Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
