Our team is seeking a skilled professional to drive Machine Learning models for demand planning and forecasting processes across multiple regions.Key ResponsibilitiesWe need someone who can build and improve ML data models for demand planning and forecasting globally, ensuring accuracy and consistency in approach within 2 main platforms we use today. These include SAP IBP and o9.This role requires understanding and capturing multi regional business needs to design scalable forecasting solutions.The ideal candidate will provide data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and optimize inventory planning as well as drive adoption and process maturity.We are looking for someone who can establish and monitor KPIs for forecasting performance, ensuring continuous improvement.This person will collaborate with regional teams to standardize forecasting, promoting best practices.Support automation and touchless opportunities in demand planning processes using data science and analytics techniques.Conduct root cause analysis for forecast deviations and implement corrective actions.We require someone who can communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels to drive decisions and actions.Drive capability building across regions on forecasting methodologies and analytics tools.
