Their team works collaboratively to design effectivesolutions for clients across a spectrum of services, such as SEO, SEM, and SMM, reputationmanagement and brand creation.They work with homegrown businesses to national enterprises to help improve their ROI through strategic marketing with their Digital Marketing ExpertsWhy work with our client:PERMANENT WORK FROM HOMEShift- 7:30 PM- 3:30 AM (IST)DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALISTSalary- Up to 75k (INR)Key Responsibilities:Design and grow the client's brand presence and performance across digital platformsthrough activities related but not limited to SEO, Paid Ads, Email and Social Media.Must be able to strategise on the content and communication route basis the given briefMust be able to convert the client brief into an actionable marketing plan which coversinternal briefing for the content, creative and performance teamsAct as the point of contact for internal teams for client related informationSet digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specificrequirementsStrategies and design digital projects to increase customer ROIAddress client queries effectively and promptlyPresent digital marketing strategies to clientsAnalyze the success of digital campaigns and report on KPIs set down before thecampaign.Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess againstgoals (ROI and KPIs)Brainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute and measure experiments and conversion testsUtilise strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience acrossmultiple channels and customer touchpointsEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective foradoption where appropriateRequired Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 4-5 YearsBachelors/Masters degree in marketing or a related fieldRelevant experience of working on marketing projects with leading brands or in anagencyHighly creative and logical while identifying target audiencesCapable of ideating digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing andmeasurementEager to learn and willing to work in a high-pressure environmentGood Communication Skills and proficiency in English and working experience in agency setup in a mustDiversity is key to building high-performing teams, and creating an inclusive work environment is our priority.
