Unlock Data Mastery: We seek an exceptional Data and AI Solution Architect to lead the design of innovative data platforms addressing complex business challenges.Key Responsibilities:Lead technical solutioning for RFPs and RFIs, crafting compelling architectural diagrams and presentations to drive business value.Conduct workshops with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to define problem statements and propose modern data estate roadmaps.Design unified data storage strategies using OneLake, eliminating data silos and enabling Direct Lake access for high-performance analytics.Architect end-to-end analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric workloads, including Data Factory Synapse Data Engineering Data Science, and Real-Time Intelligence.Implement Generative AI and LLMs within data flow, integrating Copilot strategies within Fabric to democratize data access for business users.Embed Data Governance by design using Microsoft Purview and Fabric's governance features, ensuring data lineage cataloging security, and compliance are integral to proposed solutions.Develop migration strategies for clients transitioning from legacy Big Data platforms Hadoop Hive On-prem SQL or older Azure architectures Gen2/Synapse PaaS to unified Microsoft Fabric SaaS platform.Design API-led integration frameworks ingesting data from various source systems into OneLake.Requirements:Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale data platforms.Expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, and related technologies.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge data and AI projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.
