Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our sales department. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to prospective customers, explain property details, and convert leads into opportunities. If you’re a strong communicator with a passion for sales, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
  • Explain property details, features, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Address customer queries and provide accurate information about the property.
  • Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of telecalling or sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and confidently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Results-driven with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.
  • Fluency in Hindi/English (or both) to connect effectively with customers.
