As a Lead Digital Fault Testing (DFT) Engineer, you will be responsible for spearheading the DFT strategy and architecture across complex System-on-Chip (SoC)/Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) designs.You will define and drive the DFT strategy and architecture for multiple ASIC/SoC projects, ensuring seamless integration with other engineering teams.Lead the implementation and verification of DFT features such as scan insertion and compression, ATPG pattern generation and fault grading, MBIST and Logic BIST insertion and validation, boundary scan, IJTAG.Manage the end-to-end DFT flow from RTL to gate-level netlist and silicon bring-up, performing pattern generation, fault simulation, and debug test coverage gaps.Collaborate with RTL, Static Timing Analysis (STA), Physical Design (PD), and test engineering teams for successful integration.Owning DFT signoff, timing closure, and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) pattern delivery, you will support silicon bring-up, test vector validation on ATE, and yield optimization.In addition, you will mentor and guide junior DFT engineers, conduct design reviews, and training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.Develop and maintain DFT automation scripts and infrastructure, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in digital fault testing, including DFT strategy development and implementation.Strong understanding of ASIC/SoC design flows, including RTL, STA, PD, and test engineering.Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Perl.Familiarity with EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you can expect:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.The chance to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies.OthersThis role offers a unique opportunity to join a talented team of engineers and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
