Job descriptionKey Responsibilities- Actively work on verified leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assisting in deal closures.- Interact with customers to understand requirements, address queries, and demonstrate project features and benefits.- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure clients receive complete and accurateinformation.- Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and coordinate with presales and sales teams.- Delegate tasks, empower team members, and improve their sales and communication skillsthrough regular mentoring.- Conduct team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and performance.- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports and provide insights and solutions tomanagement.Requirements- Minimum 7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or similar fields (Banking, Insurance,Finance).- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.- Confident, dynamic, and result-oriented individual with a creative outlook.• Good understanding of Bengalurus Real estate market and willingness to travel across thecity.• Must possess a valid driving license and his/her own vehicle.
