As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for making bookings and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.Your primary role will involve client meetings and assistance, preparing vouchers and invoices, negotiating with vendors (hotels and transporters), assisting guests with hotel bookings and smooth check-ins, briefing necessary documents to guests, reconfirming flight schedules and hotels prior to guest arrival, providing clients' feedback to the operations team, and coordinating with agents and answering client queries.Responsibilities:Make bookings and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth travel experiencesClient meetings and assistancePrepare vouchers and invoicesNegotiate with vendors (hotels and transporters)Assist guests with hotel bookings and smooth check-insBrief necessary documents to guestsReconfirm flight schedules and hotels prior to guest arrivalProvide clients' feedback to the operations teamCoordinate with agents and answer client queriesRequirements:Experience in handling foreign customersTour operations experienceGood communication skillsEnglish writing and speaking skillsGeographic knowledge of Indian and subcontinent destinationsPreferred Qualifications:Experienced candidates from the travel industry are preferred.
