*Job Summary:*

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Client Management**:

- Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Meet prospective clients, understand their wedding requirements, and pitch customized packages.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event budgets.

### *Operations & Event Management:*
- Plan, coordinate, and execute wedding events as per client expectations.
- Handle vendor negotiations (decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, artists, etc.) at best possible rates.
- Create and manage wedding timelines, checklists, and event flow.
- Supervise on-ground operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage hotel bookings, guest logistics, transportation, and hospitality arrangements.
- Resolve any last-minute issues or complaints professionally.

### *Coordination & Reporting:*
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth event execution.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and operational details.
- Provide post-event reports and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales & operational targets.
## *Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Wedding Planning, Event Sales, or Hospitality.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of wedding trends, themes, and vendor networks.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (evenings/weekends).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
