What This Role OffersWere looking for highly motivated interns who are eager to start a career in eCommerce performance marketing, specifically in Amazon Ads. Youll work hands-on with ad campaigns, data analysis, and real-time brand strategy. This is a 6-month full-time internship based in Mumbai. Based on performance, selected candidates will be offered a full-time role (PPO). Others will be released at the end of the internship. Who Should ApplyEngineering graduates or equivalent with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsMBA/Postgraduate candidates interested in marketing, analytics, or e-commerceMust have done at least one prior internship or jobPrevious experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or eCommerce ads is a plusStrong interest in data, advertising, and marketplaces like AmazonA quick learner, analytical, and organized individual Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, launching, and optimizing Amazon ad campaigns (SP, SB, SD)Analyze campaign performance and key metrics (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CPC)Conduct keyword research and competitor analysisPrepare and present weekly/monthly performance reportsCoordinate with internal teams for inputs like creatives, listings, and strategyMaintain performance dashboards and ensure timely execution of tasksStay updated with Amazon ads platform updates and e-commerce trendsContribute to campaign growth ideas and optimization plans Skills Were Looking ForStrong in Excel/Google Sheets VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data handlingAnalytical mindset with comfort in reading campaign performance numbersKnowledge of Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms is a big plusUnderstanding of consumer behavior in eCommerceStrong written & verbal communication skillsOwnership mindset and attention to detail What Youll LearnHow to scale ads for Amazon brands with real ad accounts and budgetsStrategy and execution for Sponsored Products, Brands & Display campaignsDeep understanding of advertising metrics and ad funnel performanceInsights into working with 7-8 figure eCommerce brands and high-performance teams PerksWork directly with senior Ads Strategists & FoundersPre-Placement Offer (PPO) for high performersCareer track into Account Manager or Ads Strategist rolesHigh-growth learning environment in Mumbai with fast decision cyclesHands-on, practical experiencenot just theory How to Apply:Send your resume with a short note on why you want to learn Amazon Ads to or apply via this platform
