We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads. Your goal will be to build rapport and trust with customers, helping to drive sales and contribute to our overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to higher-level teams if needed.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and answer their queries.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and customer interactions in system.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
