Visa Roots is a leading visa travel management company based in Cochin. Visa Roots specialises in providing a wide range of visa services to individuals, families, and corporate clients. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to ensuring that our clients have a hassle-free and seamless visa application and processing experience.

We are currently recruiting experienced senior visa officers for our visa team. They will be responsible for managing and processing visa applications for the UK, Ireland, Australia & Europe. You must have previous experience for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Visa officer must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  • The Visa officer must deal with all clients and all applications.
  • You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the government's time limit.
  • The Visa and Immigration Consultant must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
  • The Visa and Immigration Consultant must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues, or authorities.
  • You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
  • The Visa and Immigration Consultant must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.
  • You must take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, marketing, and lead-generation skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word and Excel)
  • Any graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar domain
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
